This form is used to keep a record of our client needs and treatment history. Because our treatments use advanced techniques it is important we keep a record we can both refer to. Should you want to see a copy of this record just let us know. On initial sign up we take contact details so we can inform you of any unforeseen changes to our diaries and keep you informed on products and offers from Face Place and Rosewood London as well as articles relating to skin care and lifestyle. This information is delivered through email.
We run a one click unsubscribe button in every email allowing you to stop communications with ease. We genuinely do not want to email anyone who does not want to hear from us. We use a market leading platform which uses user name, a strong password and your devices IP address to triple authenticate anyone accessing this platform.
You are free to follow or not, we do not capture personal data from any social media channel outside of the platforms themselves. You would have to see the individual policies to understand how they or others might be using data from the platforms.

No one likes complaints or complaining. We try to resolve anything swiftly and fairly through our London branch. Should it not be possible to resolve a complaint within 2 weeks then we escalate it to the Face Place home in west Hollywond (see our "other locations")
Sometimes plans change, please let us know with as much notice as possible. However if you do not give us 24 hrs notice then we will charge the full rate for the treatment.
